Q. WHAT WILL FRESH COURIERS CONCIERGE GET ME?

A. We will collect anything and EVERYTHING for you, from groceries, to special occasion cakes, to clothes, ANYTHING,  there is nothing that you can not have delivered right to your door from our Concierge Couriers

Q. WHAT LOCATIONS DO YOU COVER AND HOW FAR?

A. For restaurant food, we deliver in the Nottingham City area for up to 3.5 miles MAXIMUM; this is to ensure your food stays nice and hot and fresh.

If you need our Concierge for other non hot food items, we will glady go a few extra miles for you!!

We are currently operating in the following areas:

  • Nottingham City Centre
  • Nottingham Surrounding areas
  • Mansfield and surrounding areas
  • Derby and surrounding areas

Q. WHAT ARE THE PRICES FOR YOUR CONCIERGE SERVICES?

A. There is a small concierge fee depending on the service you need, plus a £1 per mile delivery charge.  If you need to pay for the goods you want us to collect, you can either pay directly to the business yourself, or we can include the cost in your booking fee and make the payment on your behalf.

Q. HOW DO I CANCEL A PARTICULAR ORDER?

A. If you need to cancel an order before it has started, please call us right away. Due to the fast turnaround of this service, if we have already collected and begun your order then it is not possible to cancel.

Q. WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY USING THE TERM ON DEMAND?

A. Exactly what it sounds like – Whatever you want, whenever you want it!

Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE FOOD FROM THE RESTAURANT I SELECTED?

A. The first thing that you need to do is call up the restaurant manager and speak with them. After that, shoot us an email about the same problem at info@freshcourierexpress.co.uk

Q. HOW DO I FIND OUT WHAT’S HAPPENING WITH MY ORDER?

A. text the number that we called you on to complete your order, and an ETA will be sent back to you promptly.

Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM IN THE SHOWER/ON THE TOILET/ETC AND THE DRIVER IS AT MY DOOR? DOES HE WAIT OR DOES HE LEAVE?

A. The Courier will wait for 5 minutes; after which he leaves and you are charged for the entire order!

We will contact you to let you know the driver is nearby, so please make sure you are ready and not in the shower/toilet/etc

Q. CAN YOU GET ME ANYTHING… REALLY?

A. Unless you ask for something illegal, then YES! If you really wish to stick to your TV for your favourite TV show or a football match, don’t leave the comfort of your pyjamas; let us get anything that you want. Need beers to drink tonight?

Here are some of the things we can bring you:

  • Food from your favorite restaurant
  • Groceries/Provisions
  • Electrical Goods
  • Dry Cleaning
  • Medicines that don’t need prescriptions, etc.

However, there is one thing that you need to remember – we DO NOT process items that value more than 1000 pounds. If your orders/request remain in that criteria, it is surely delivered to you in the promised time!

Q. WHAT IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH A PARTICULAR SERVICE?

For us, customers mean the world! We are here because we wish to serve you; therefore, if you are unhappy with something, we are unhappy about it, too! Q. HOW DOES YOUR REFUND POLICY WORK?

Our refund’s policy is as follow’s

  • A refund will only be issued in the following instance’s
  • Order is cancelled within 10 minutes of placing the order.
  • If there are exceptional circumstances outside of the 10 minute window.

We will wait 5 Minutes for you to open the door, if you do not open it within this window, the driver will leave to his next job and you will be fully charged for the order placed.

If cancellation is not attained within 10 minutes of placing the order – You will be fully charged for the order.

Q. CAN I PAY CASH?

For items you have already purchased and are just using us to collect and deliver, then we will accept cash on delivery (plus a small surcharge).

For all orders where we will be purchasing your goods on your behalf, all payments must be made in full with a valid card during the booking process before anything is collected and delivered.
